1. Do you ship across India?
Yes. We deliver Pan-India to all serviceable pin codes through trusted courier partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, ShadowFax, Ecom Express, and more.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?

3. How much is the shipping fee?

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for select pin codes. A nominal COD handling charge may apply. All COD orders require confirmation before dispatch.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, but you can request a return as per our [Return & Refund Policy].
6. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and reported within the return period mentioned in our [Return & Refund Policy]. An unboxing video is required for claims related to damage or missing items.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Prepaid order refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days after approval and typically reflect in your bank account within 3–7 working days. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
8. My order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. What should I do?
Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear unboxing video. We’ll arrange a replacement or process a refund as per policy.
9. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS along with a link to track your package in real-time on the courier partner’s website.
